Q: But How Much Do You Charge?

I have built, grown, and sold a handful of small companies and currently manage a portfolio of several I have kept. As a result, I don’t need or want to choke out your cashflow for my retainer. I am a performance based fractional CMO. What that means is that we will have a conversation to explore whether or not we are a good fit for one another. If we are, and if I am confident I can product consistent impactful results for your company, we will then hammer our either a profit share agreement or an equity stake that will be contingent on my performance. I strongly prefer equity partners, but that is a relationship that cannot be made without a few in-depth conversations about goals for the company and target liquidity events.
