As your fractional CMO, I bring not just years of diverse industry experience to your organization, but a tactical approach to growth that integrates seamlessly with your vision and business goals.

What I offer is more than expertise; it’s a strategic partnership. I craft marketing strategies that resonate with your target audience, leverage advanced analytics to ensure data-driven decision making, and instill a culture of constant innovation.

Together, we will:

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities before your competitors do.
  • Optimize the customer journey to enhance acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Maximize your ROI across all marketing channels by meticulously measuring and iterating on our campaigns.

Ready to take the leap? Reach out, and let’s discuss how we can elevate your business together.

Q: But How Much Do You Charge?

I have built, grown, and sold a handful of small companies and currently manage a portfolio of several I have kept. As a result, I don’t need or want to choke out your cashflow for my retainer. I am a performance based fractional CMO. What that means is that we will have a conversation to explore whether or not we are a good fit for one another. If we are, and if I am confident I can product consistent impactful results for your company, we will then hammer our either a profit share agreement or an equity stake that will be contingent on my performance. I strongly prefer equity partners, but that is a relationship that cannot be made without a few in-depth conversations about goals for the company and target liquidity events.

Q: What can you do?

Anything from building out sites, apps, blogs, ad campaigns, marketing analytics dashboards to refining your technical proposals, rebranding, improving the customer experience, B2C Sales, B2B Sales, hiring and training sales teams, building out sales pipelines, identifying the ideal customers and market segments, and anything else that is required to be optimally performant.

In short, finding the most effective path to growing your company.
